Nanny’s Laundry is not responsible for damage caused to items unsuitable for standard laundering processes, including:

Items with embellishments like beads or sequins.

Pockets and Contents:

Customers are required to empty all pockets before submitting items.

Nanny’s Laundry will check pockets to the best of our ability but is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets, such as pens, keys, or gum.

Minimum Order Requirement

The minimum order charge is $30.

Orders below this amount will automatically be rounded up to the minimum fee.
Pickup and Delivery

Pickup requests must be scheduled via our website or app by 2:00 pm on the desired service day.

Pickup times are provided as windows; we cannot guarantee specific times.

Standard turnaround time is 24 hours unless otherwise communicated.

Damaged or Missing Items

Liability for Damages:

If an item is damaged during handling, Nanny’s Laundry will reimburse up to 10 times the cost of cleaning the item, not exceeding the item’s current value.

Claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your items.

Fading, shrinkage, or wear from normal laundering.
